BOOKINGS: INFORMATION AND TERMS

Information for pitch bookings with full terms and conditions are available below

Our campsite accepts reservations for the following types of pitches:

TENT PITCH
For small/medium-sized tents, on grass surface
DIMENSIONS: 6X4MT. / POWER 3 Amp. EXCLUDED

CAMPER / CARAVAN / LARGE TENT PITCH
For camper / caravan / large tents, on gravel ground

To request availability, simply send an email to info(at)allegheresort.com or fill out a request for availability and a quote.

The cost estimate will be calculated by adding the pitch to the number of people present, based on the minimum stay requirements and guests included, which can be consulted in point 1.2 of this document. The current price list is available on our website.

The reservation guarantees the availability of the pitch for the confirmed dates. The reservation is considered valid only upon receiving the formal confirmation, sent by the Camping after receiving the payment. From this moment the reservation is binding for both parties.

Below you will find all the information and booking conditions.

1.1 WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION

The reservation includes the use of the services included in the pitch, including:

3 Ampere electricity for caravan pitches
Parking for your camper, caravan or large tent
Parking for 1 car
Use of the camping facilities (hot showers, toilets, laundry area, dishwasher area)
Use of the Wi-Fi network throughout the area

Additional services available for a fee:

Access to the heated outdoor swimming pool (prices are available in the camping price list)
Massage service (based on availability)
Current 3 Ampere per tent pitch, for which it is not included
Coin-operated laundry (washing machine, dryer)
Access of daily guests to their own pitch

1.2 MINIMUM STAYS AND GUESTS

Depending on the period, a minimum number of nights is required for the reservation and includes, as indicated in the price list, a number of guests.
If guests are more than those included, it will be possible to pay the rate for additional guests.

1.3 PAYMENT TERMS

The full amount of the reservation will be requested in advance upon confirmation.

The reservation is refundable according to the terms listed below in point 1.4.

Payment can be made by credit card (via a secure payment link) or bank transfer.

The balance of the tourist tax of €0.50 per person (only >13 years old) will be charged at the time of check-out, if not paid together with the reservation. The city tax is required for max. 15 consecutive nights.

1.4 CANCELLATION TERMS

Free cancellation or modification of the reservation is allowed, in compliance with the regulation in point 1.2, up to 15 days before arrival. In case of cancellations within this period, the entire amount paid will be refunded.

The cancellation terms and penalties in case of cancellations beyond the 15-day deadline are as follows:

Cancellation period	Refund based on the total amount of the stay
Up to 15 days before check-in	100% - Free cancellation, full refund
Less than 15 days prior to check-in	50% - Partial refund of the stay
No show	0% (No refund)
Early departure or late arrival	0% (No refund)

There is no limitation of minimum stay and minimum guests for those arriving without a reservation, subject to availability.
